Turtlecreek Township is in the central part of Warren County and surrounds the county seat of Lebanon. It was named after Turtle Creek, a stream named for Indian chief Little Turtle. Known as a residential/agricultural community, the township has seen a growth in population in the past years with many new subdivisions being built to accommodate new families to the area. Within its boundaries are 2 parks, a YMCA and several golf courses. Most of the township is served by Lebanon City Schools with the remainder by Springboro Community Schools.

"Lynn has done an exceptional job guiding us through the selling process in a very tough market. She was patient and professional with us as we came to terms with the fact that our house was not worth what we hoped. She advised us on what we needed to do to our property to attract a buyer and walked us through every step of the process. We are thrilled with her expertise and are looking forward to working with her as we look to purchase a new home. I HIGHLY recommend Lynn! She sold our house in the worst market in decades! Patience and professionalism really paid off!"
